Q How much will the carriage cost be for my order?
A Shipping is calculated and displayed to you at checkout depending on what’s in your order and where it’s being delivered to.
Q Where is my order being sent from?
A All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Torino, Italy.
Q Will I need to sign for my order?
A Deliveries will need to be signed for and carriers are unable to leave consignments anywhere without a signature. Should this be an issue, get in touch and we can try and work something out for you.
Q How long will it take for my order to be ready to be shipped?
A We work on a ready made collections and all items are being customised straight after your order. It can take up to 8 working days for your goods to be prepared for the shipment. If delivery time is critical, do get in touch and we can usually find a way to meet your deadline.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Products marked as “In stock” are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. Products marked as “On demand” are made to order and require 8 days before being shipped.
In both cases, this timeline applies to products without Dual Branding.
Q: Which carrier will deliver my order?
A: Depending on your selection at checkout, your order will be delivered via DPD/GLS or UPS/DHL.
Q: I’m ordering from outside the EU. Are there additional costs?
A: Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost you pay at checkout. These fees vary by country. The courier will typically contact you directly to arrange any additional payments.
Refunds/Returns
Q Can I return merchandise?
A Returns are only permitted in the event of an error on our part (e.g. manufacturing defect, shipment of wrong article). We strongly suggest you ship items back to us through a service that offers shipping insurance and tracking capabilities. You are responsible for merchandise returned via other means and/or is lost or damaged in transit. More info in our Terms and Condition section.

Q Do you reimburse return shipping costs?
A Shipping costs are reimbursed only if the merchandise is returned due to an error on our part (e.g., flaw in workmanship, wrong item shipped). Otherwise, the return shipping costs are charged on the costumer.
Q What if I lose my packing slip?
AIf the packing slip has been misplaced, please enclose the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your shipping address
- Order number
- Description of the merchandise being returned
- Reason for the return

Q What payment types do you accept?
A We accept the following payment types:
- Credit card or by invoice by business account only.
- Paypal
Q Can I pay in another currency?
A Our site only accepts payments in EURO. For other currencies a conversion fee may be applied by your financial institution.

Q I can’t get through to anyone on your helpline?
A Our team will be processing and despatching orders Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (GMT) please note that offices will be closed for Italian Public Holidays. Outside of these hours and public holidays, drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we’re back in the office.
Q What is dual branding?
A Dual branding is an option that dealers can choose at the time of purchase and which allows them to place their logo on certain products. Products that allow dual branding will show the relevant option in the product sheet, under colour and size. The dealer's logo may only be placed on specific areas of the product, according to Bobcat guidelines. Dealers wishing to opt for dual branding should send a vector image of the logo they wish to use or, if not possible, a high-resolution image (jpg/png) to bobcat@bobcat-shop.com. After receiving the logo and before starting work, Bobcat will send the dealer a sample layout of how the product will look when finished, for viewing purposes only.
